UGANDA RECIPES (MANDAZI)

 Mandazi is a popular East-African snack, usually eaten in breakfast with tea or coffee
Ingredients
- 100 g corn meal
- 30 g wheat flour
- 20 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 125 ml milk
- Oil for deep frying
 Method
    -         Mix together the flour and sugar.
    -         Add the eggs and milk and stir to form viscous dough.
    -         Heat the oil in a pan to a depth of about 6cm. Once the oil is hot add the batter 1 tablespoon at a time and fry until golden.
    -         Remove with a slotted spoon, drain on kitchen paper and serve once all the Mandazi are done.
