Ingredients
- 100 g corn meal
- 30 g wheat flour
- 20 g sugar
- 1 egg- 100 g corn meal
- 30 g wheat flour
- 20 g sugar
- 125 ml milk
- Oil for deep frying
Method

Mix
together the flour and sugar.

Add
the eggs and milk and stir to form viscous dough.

Heat
the oil in a pan to a depth of about 6cm. Once the oil is hot add the batter 1
tablespoon at a time and fry until golden.

Remove
with a slotted spoon, drain on kitchen paper and serve once all the Mandazi are
done.
