sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

teaspoon ginger powder

2-3 cups water

Salt to taste
Method

Put
all ingredients in a sizable pot or saucepan and bring to boil 30 minutes.

Lower
the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender
to your liking.

You can garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve hot in soup bowls.
