ANGOLAN RECIPES (SOUP AND BREAD)



Ingredients
-         100 grams sweet potatoes
-         1Cup kidney beans
-         1 medium onions
-         1 clove garlic
-         1 serving olive oil - 1tablespoon

-         1 teaspoon ginger, ground
-         1 serving crushed red pepper flakes
-         1 tablespoon soup, tomato vegetable mix dehydrated.
Method
    -         Cook onions and garlic in olive oil, add the chopped greens, the soaked and cooked red beans and the cubed sweet potato.
    -       Add four cups of water, the dry soup mix, the ginger and the red flakes.
    -         Bring to boil, then simmer for an hour. Salt to taste.
Serve hot with homemade bread.
