Method

Heat
olive oil in pan, add onion and brown lightly.

Add
garlic and heat with onion.

Add
green pepper and stir fry lightly.

Add
chopped tomatoes and brown sugar and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Add
salt, pepper to taste, and add the basil lastly.

Serve
with stiff maize porridge or samp or pasta.
