KENYA RECIPES (NYAMA CHOMA)

 Nyama choma, roasted meat, is one of the most beloved delicacies to eat in Kenya. It is very tasty, when prepared well.
|It is always eaten with the hands, and goat meat is the meat of choice in Kenya. However, beef will work as well.
 It is very simple to make and requires few ingredients. Nyama choma is grilled meat in swahili.

              Ingredient
                            -         2 kg beef
                           -         1 garlic cloves, minced
                           -            Curry powder, to taste
                           -         Lemon juice
                           -         Turmeric, to taste
                           -         Coriander, to taste, fresh and finely chopped
                           -         Paprika, to taste
                           -         Salt and black pepper, to taste
Method 
   -          Mix the lemon juice, garlic and spices (to your taste) into a sizable bowl and mix very well.
    -         Add the meat and stir to coat the meat with the marinade and allow to marinade for at least one hour.
    -         Grill or roast meat as usual in your oven.
