LIBERIAN (RECIPES) CHOPS

  
Ingredient
     -       1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (kale, collards may be used)
    -         Raw rice
    -         2 tbsp. butter
    -         Dashes of hot sauce
    -         Salt (opt.)

Method
     -         Follow the direction on package and cook the spinach.
     -         Drain well. With 2cups of water, boil the rice for 20 minutes or until done.
     -         Add spinach, rice, hot sauce, butter and salt. Mix all together.
     -         You can add cubes of meat or poultry to make it a heartier dish.
     -         Sprinkling  cashews on top are a nice touch.
