Ingredient
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (kale, collards
may be used)

Raw rice

2 tbsp. butter

Dashes of hot sauce

Salt (opt.)
Method

Follow the direction on package and cook the spinach.

Drain well. With 2cups of water, boil the
rice for 20 minutes or until done.

Add spinach, rice, hot sauce, butter and salt.
Mix all together.

You can add cubes of meat or poultry to make
it a heartier dish.

Sprinkling cashews on top are a nice touch.
