Ingredients:

onions, grated

cloves garlic, minced

smoked fishes (or use any meat)

fresh tomatoes, mashed

tsp black pepper

can of palm nut cream (You can get in your African stores)

Chili
powder
-
Salt
to taste
-
Stock
cube
-
Fresh
chilies
-
1
cup of chopped green onion (optional)
Direction:
-
Wash
the meat and smoked fish with hot water, and with your hands, cut into pieces.

Per
boil the meat for 8minutes, add stock cube, onion, with black pepper.

Add
garlic, tomatoes and onions and pour the palm nuts cream in the pot.

Add
one liter of water.

Add smoked fish, chili powder (optional) and
salt to taste.

Add
the fresh chilies and cover. Let it simmer for 30 minutes or more.

It
is ready when the soup thickens and the red oil appears on the surface of the
soup.

can serve the palm nut soup with rice, or fufu.
