SAUCE DE GOMBO- OKRO SOUP (TOGO RECIPES)

Ingredients
-         Meat
-         Okro
-         Crabs
-         Shrimp
-         Smoked fish

-         Akam
-         Onion
-         Red pepper
-          Salt

-         Bouillon cubes
-         Green chilies
Method
-         Season the meat in a sauce pan, per boiled, and fry it.
-         If you are using fresh okro, wash and chop them or grate. You can equally make use of blender for it.
-         Clean the smoked fish, and put them into large pieces. Wash the shrimp, fresh or dried crabs, and season.
-         Boil a cup of water in a sizeable sauce pan with a small piece of Akam
-         Add okro, onions and stir
-         Allow to boil for 10 minutes, add the lanhounhoun and broth if necessary.
-         After 5minutes add the meat, crabs, shrimp, fish, red pepper, salt, seasoning and bouillon cubes, then add green chillies.
Simmer for 12 minutes and serve with a good Akume.
