2 cups

-
1 can
of tomato paste
-
Stock cubes
-
2 tablespoon

- 1
tablespoon parsley
-
1
tablespoon of ginger
-
1
tablespoon of garlic
-
2 onion
bulbs
-
2 large
tomatoes
-
Pepper
-
Salt
-
Oil
Method
-
Put a
pot on the fire without any drop of water on it, add the flour and stir it consistently
on until it changes color, and allow to cool.
-
Season the
fish to taste, add clove of crushed garlic, ginger, flour, salt and pepper. Mix
all together, brush the fish and fry.
-
In a pan, put oil on the fire, add onion, tomato paste, salt, pepper, cube, and
then fry.
-
Pour 4
cups of water to 1/3of the cooled flour for mixing.
-
In a
pot add water, and when it boils, add the remaining flour. Mix quickly to avoid
lumps. Cover the pot and allow it for 2-3minutes on a stove.
-
Test to
verify that it’s done, if it does not stick to your finger that means it’s
done.
-
Put oil
on the fire and make a sauce made with a little onion, pepper, tomato, chopped
cube, salt, pepper and fry. Serve.
