Crayfish/cashew nuts optional
METHOD
METHOD
-
First get
your soybeans and select it, by removing stone and dirt out, wash with clean
water and dry in the sun.
-
With your unripe plantain,
peel and cut into flat chips and sun-dry, you
can equally use oven to dry it or use a pot and lower the heat.
-
After you
have dried the soybeans, pick the bad bean seeds from the
bulk out before frying, pour it in
dried pot or frying pan and
fry. Fry till the skin can be easily peeled off. When it is brown and crispy just like fried
ground nuts, that shows it is done.
-
Tie each ingredient separately.
-
With the heavy duty blender or miller,
loosen the grinder and pass the soybeans through once to separate the skin/chaff
from the beans. Then carefully blow away the skin.
-
Then grind everything together including
the crayfish. Grind till smooth.
-
Spread out on a tray to cool before storing in
containers.
-
Take to
the mill for grinding (at the mill, it will be slightly processed to remove the
skin/chaff). Add the groundnuts and plantain to the clean soybeans and grind to
powder.
