Ingredients

Beef, narrow piece

Kibbeh
(spiced butter)

Method
-
Wash and cut
the beef in a zigzag style.

In a hot
pan with oil, cook the beef strips, add a little kibbeh and cook for about
8minutes.

Lower the
heat and continue to cook until the beef gets a little more crispy. Then remove
from the heat and get a pan to start the sauce. Use the oil from the beef to
start the sauce. This adds a great taste.

Then add
the sliced onions, stir often, add the lid and cook for 6 minutes.

Add a
little more oil, ginger, garlic and turmeric powder, stir and lower the heat and cook for 5minutes, stirring
often.

After a
while add the beef, a little salt, kibbeh and cold water. Mix well, and cook on
a low heat for 10minutes. After that, add little more water and cook for
another 15minutes.

If the
beef is tender and the sauce has thickened that means it is ready to add the
chili.
