FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND PREGNANCY (III)

 Fruits and vegetables provide vitamins and minerals that help keep both mother and baby healthy during pregnancy. The exact amount of fruit you need depends on your age, weight, height, and how far along you are in the pregnancy, so you should consult a doctor or nutritionist about your pregnancy diet.



Lemon: - Is often used by women to aid digestion, get rid of nausea and morning sickness during pregnancy. Lemon cleanses the body and flushes out toxins.
Berries: - Are rich in vitamin C, potassium, folate, fiber and antioxidants and is considered as a super food. You can include this fruit in your pregnancy diet.

Oranges They contains a lot of vitamin C and fiber, they are a good source of folate, sweet and tangy, perfect flavours for a pregnant woman want.  The citrus fruit is loaded with vitamins and nutrient.

Apples: - It is healthy and loaded with healthy vitamins that are good for the mother and child.

Packed with essential nutrients and full of fiber, fruits and vegetables are an important part of any healthy diet and should appear in abundance in your kitchen when you're pregnant.
