FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND PREGNANCY (II)

The best thing to do is to be aware of the benefits and side effects of various foods, eat natural, avoid junk, get expert advice and most importantly, listen to your body. Eat lot of fruits and vegetables especially during pregnancy.
Grapes: - Most women think that it not safe to eat grapes. Without knowing, that grape contains Vitamin A which stabilises the body metabolic rate. Grapes also have folate, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium and sodium which are good during pregnancy
Sweet lime: - It is one of the citrus fruits that reduce nausea, morning sickness and common health problems during pregnancy. The citrus fruit is loaded with antioxidants that are good for the baby.
Bananas: - Plays very important role during pregnancy. It helps in the easy passage of stool and clean system.
