LIBERIAN RECIPES (SWEET POTATO LEAVES SOUP)

  Ingredient
    -         200g beef cut into cubes
    -         2 smoked fish
    -         200g of sweet potato leaves, sliced
    -         6 okras cut
    -         Red pepper or chili
    -         100ml palm oil

    -         Salt to taste
    -         Stock cubes
    -         1 big onion sliced

Method
    -         Wash the meat and fish with a clean water put in a sizeable pot, add water, onion, seasoning and salt. Simmer for 10minutes.

    -         When done remove the fish out the pot, add the leaves, cook for 5minutes, add a little water.
    -         Add the onions, palm oil and the seasonings, stir and cover the pot for 3minutes. After that, add pepper and salt, and allow to simmer for 4 minutes
    -         Add fish without bones and stir, then add okra, and let simmer for 10minutes, stirring regularly.
Serve with rice.
