LIBERIAN PEPPER SOUP


    Ingredients

-         1/2 onion  chopped
-         1 yellow pepper,  chopped
-         1 green pepper,  chopped
-         3 habanero pepper
-         1/4 Eggpant
-         1 stock cube
-         3 tablespoon black pepper

-         2 teaspoon salt
-         1 pound chicken; chopped
-         1 pound cubed beef
-         1/4 pound Smoked turkey wing
-         1 tablespoon groundnuts paste (peanut butter)
-         2 tablespoon bonnie dust spicy
-         3 tablespoon dried ground kitterling
 

Method


-         Cut meat into desired pieces and set side.
-         Blend onion, pepper, and eggplant on high heat.
-         Add peanut butter and blend until thoroughly mixed.
-         Place meat into sizeable cooking pot and heat until meat starts to brown.
-         Pour blended mixture over meat along with the rest of the spices. Add water to cover the mixture.
-         Cook on high heat for 35 minutes stir constantly. Add additional seasoning to taste
Serve with rice
