2 smoked fish

3 big fresh tomato (sliced)

1 medium onion (sliced)

2 Chili pepper

1 tin tomato paste

1 cup melon
Method

Heat palm oil in a cooking pot for
3minutes, add onion and stir.

Add meat and stir together with the
onion for 5minutes, add tomato paste, garlic, ginger, chili pepper stir and
simmer for 12minutes.

Add stock cube, uncover it, add the
leaves and cover. Allow to simmer until it is tender for 10minutes.

Add a little water to the grounded melon
and add to pot. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes before stirring in low heat.

Stir slowly, add the fish and stir
gently and taste for salt.
Serve with rice, boiled yam and plantain.
