Ingredients

fresh tomatoes mashed

Salt

tablespoon tomato paste -

teaspoon black pepper

clove garlic, chopped -
Seasoning
(either beef/chicken)

Red
kidney beans/white kidney beans
Method
-
Heat
oil in a saucepan and fry the onion with a bouillon cube for 4 minutes.

Add
the tomatoes and black pepper and fry another 3 minutes.

Stir the pumpkin in the sauce.

Simmer for 20 minutes.

Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

Add salt and ground chili pepper to taste.
Serve hot over rice. Enjoy
