LIBERIAN PUMPKIN SOUP

Ingredient
-         1 medium pumpkin
-         1 pound of meat
-         1 medium size smoked fish
-         Chilli pepper
-         1 medium Onion 

     -         1 cup palm oil
     -         2 chicken bouillon cube
     -         1 small can tomato paste
     -         Salt to taste
Method
     -         Heat palm oil or vegetable oil in a sauce pan, fry the minced onion with a bouillon cube for 5 minutes.
     -         Add minced tomato paste and black pepper. Allow for 3 minutes,  add pumpkin and stir.

      -         You can equally use any choice of meat (goat, beef, chicken, etc.)
      -         Cover with some water, allow to simmer till the pumpkin is tender for 20 minutes, or use your cooking spoon to mince the pumpkin.
      -         Add the smoked fish and allow for 10minutes in low heat, add salt to taste.
      -         The soup is finished when is reaches a desired thickness
   Serve with rice
