1 medium pumpkin

1 pound of meat

1 medium size smoked fish

Chilli pepper

1 medium Onion

1 cup palm oil
-
2 chicken bouillon cube
-
1 small can tomato paste
-
Salt to taste
Method

Heat palm oil or vegetable oil in a sauce
pan, fry the minced onion with a bouillon cube for 5 minutes.

Add minced tomato paste and black pepper.
Allow for 3 minutes, add pumpkin and
stir.

You can equally use any choice of meat
(goat, beef, chicken, etc.)

Cover with some water, allow to simmer
till the pumpkin is tender for 20 minutes, or use your cooking spoon to mince
the pumpkin.

Add the smoked fish and allow for
10minutes in low heat, add salt to taste.

The soup is finished when is reaches a
desired thickness
Serve with rice
