Method

Bring the cassava, peeled and chopped. Wash with a
clean water

Put in a sizeable pot, cover it with water and boil
on medium heat for about 20minutes.

After 20minutes it will become tender, filter the
water out and mash with a fork
-
Turn the mixture in wooden mortar and pound until
mixture is smooth.

Serve with any type of soup.
