TOGO RECIPES (ABLO)


Ingredients
        -          ¼ cup Mustard
       -         1 tbsp mustard seed
       -            1 tbsp garlic

       -         1tbsp ginger
       -         1tbsp bouillon cube
       -            2 tbsp oil
-         Fish
-         1 tbsp yeast
-         1 tbsp baking powder
-         ¼ cup sugar
-         2 cup rice flour
-         ¼ cup corn flour
Method for the fish
-         Add lots of Persil and rosemary on one side of the fish.
-         Mix all the ingredients together except the fish.

-         Use your brush with the mixtures and apply all over the fish
-         Marinate 4h-24h in the fridge and bake for 30minutes at 450C and add onion on it before baking.
Method for the dough
-         Mix ¼ cup corn with 25grams - semolina

    -           ½ liter of water

    -         Bring to boil, lower the heat.

    -           Add ½ liter of water, let it cool for a while and combine with 2cups rice flour.

    -         Add the yeast, baking powder and sugar. Mix all together.

    -         Cover the bowl and set aside for about 60minutes, the dough will rise.

    -         Fill muffin cup and cook with steam for 15minutes.

    -         Use your knife to dip inside if it come out clean that means is done.

-         Serve with fish.
