EGYPTIAN GARLIC YOGURT CUCUMBER SALAD



This is another refreshing salad that is always served with different dishes. It can serve as a snack, and is great with slices of warm pita bread. The taste of yogurt is creamy, smooth and refreshing.
Ingredient
      -         1 tablespoon white vinegar
      -         5 ounces plain yogurt (using 6 oz container, is good too)
      -         12 cucumber (grated fine)
      -         1 teaspoon fresh dill (chopped- you could use dry dill, but fresh better)
      -         3 garlic cloves (crushed)

      -         Salt & pepper

Directions

      -            Empty yogurt into a small mixing bowl.
      -         Grate the half cucumber into yogurt.
      -         Press the garlic into bowl using a garlic press.
      -         Add vinegar, chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste.
      -         Allow to chill for 40 minutes or so.
      -         Keeps great in fridge for a few days.
      -         Serve with warm pita bread for dipping.
