This is another refreshing salad that is always served with different dishes. It can serve as a snack, and is great with slices of warm pita bread. The taste of yogurt is creamy, smooth and refreshing.
Ingredient

1 tablespoon white vinegar

5 ounces plain yogurt (using 6 oz
container, is good too)

1⁄2
cucumber (grated fine)

1 teaspoon fresh dill (chopped- you
could use dry dill, but fresh better)

3 garlic cloves (crushed)

Salt & pepper
Directions

Empty yogurt into a small mixing bowl.

Grate the half cucumber into yogurt.

Press the garlic into bowl using a
garlic press.

Add vinegar, chopped dill, salt and
pepper to taste.

Allow to chill for 40 minutes or so.

Keeps great in fridge for a few days.

Serve with warm pita bread for dipping.
