Kpomo /cow skin

Fresh tomatoes

Stock cubes.

Salt to taste.

Locust beans (iru/ogiri)

Crayfish.
METHOD
-
Wash and parboil the kpomo, add a little
salt and stock cube for 15minutes.

Bend
the tomatoes, pepper, crayfish, iru/ogiri and set aside.

Cut onions in pieces.

Hit oil in a clean pan for some minutes,
add onions, tomatoes, pepper and crayfish, and fry for 3minutes.
-
Add locust beans (iru/ogiri), add kpomo,
together with stock cubes, and salt to taste. Allow it to boil for 5minutes in
low heat.

Ready to serve.
