SAUCE WITH KPOMO

Kpomo sauce is one the delicious sauce you can eat and ask for more. It is tasty and delicious. You can enjoy it with boiled rice, yam and plantain.
Ingredients

      -         Kpomo /cow skin
      -         Fresh tomatoes
      -         Pepper
      -         Vegetable oil
      -         Stock cubes.
      -         Salt to taste.
      -         Onions.
      -         Locust beans (iru/ogiri)
      -           Crayfish.

METHOD
    -         Wash and parboil the kpomo, add a little salt and stock cube for 15minutes.
    -          Bend the tomatoes, pepper, crayfish, iru/ogiri and set aside.
    -         Cut onions in pieces.

    -         Hit oil in a clean pan for some minutes, add onions, tomatoes, pepper and crayfish, and fry for 3minutes.
    -         Add locust beans (iru/ogiri), add kpomo, together with stock cubes, and salt to taste. Allow it to boil for 5minutes in low heat.
    -         Ready to serve.
