GARLIC IS GOOD FOR OUR HEALTH: - REASONS


Garlic grows in many parts of the world. It contains a compound called Allicin, which has potent medicinal properties and it's a plant in the Allium (onion) family. It is related to onions, shallots and leeks.
-         Garlic is a popular ingredient in cooking  that gives food a delicious taste, but most people run from it due to its strong smell.

-         Garlic is highly nutritious, and has very few calories.
-         Garlic supplementation is known to boost the function of the immune system.
-         It helps to lower blood pressure or hypertension and blood sugar levels.
-         It prevents heart attacks, strokes, and it removes toxins from the liver.
-          Garlic lowers cholesterol levels, which may lower the risk of heart disease.
-         Garlic contains antioxidants that may help prevent Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

-         It helps heal cold, stress and reduces swelling. 

-         It boosts your immune system .

-         It fights cancer. Regular intake  of garlic fights esophageal, colon, stomach, cancer.

-         It controls asthma. Eating 3 little garlic cloves each night helps soothe attacks.
