CAMEROON RECIPES (PEANUT SOUP)

                                                           
Ingredients

3 cups chicken broth or chicken stock
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 chili pepper, minced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup natural unsweetened peanut butter
1 liter of water

1 small sweet green pepper, minced
1 carrot, chopped fine
Salt, black pepper and red pepper (to taste)
Stock cubes

Directions
    1.    In a sizeable pot, add chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, and mix it with the concentrated tomatoes.
   2.    Add one chicken bouillon.  Combine everything together and put it on fire.
   3.    Fry the mixture for 8minutes, add water, the peanut butter, stir, and cover the pot.
   4.   Allow it to boil for 10minutes. Add your chilli pepper, meat and salt. The pot should be half covered, and cook for another 15-20minutes.
  5.   Cook for 5mins in low heat till it becomes thick and smooth. It read to serve
