 A smile is an amused expression, typically with the corners of the mouth turned up and the front teeth exposed. Smiles reduce blood pressure and can keep stress from increasing and help reduce stress. 
   -         Smiles boost the immune system.

    -         It is easier to smile than to frown.

    -         Smiling helps in losing weight.
