cups cooked white rice

1⁄4 cup carrot, chopped

teaspoon salt

tablespoon light soy sauce

pinch vegetable seasoning (mushroom seasoning)

tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

shallot, chopped

1⁄4 cup carrot, chopped
Method

Heat
pan with oil and cook shallots until brown.

Add
rice and stir well, then add salt. Cook about 6 minutes,

Then
add vegetables. Season with soy sauce and vegetable seasoning. Cook another 6
minutes over medium heat.

Then
add green onions. Season if needed.
Serve
piping hot.
