SOUTH AFRICA RECIPES (SHRIMP AND GUMBO)

Shrimp and gumbo is mostly served with rice. It tastes very good.
Ingredients 
-         1 pint frozen vegetable gumbo (okra freezer gumbo starter-gumbo mix)

-         1 lb shrimp, cleaned
-         32 ounces chicken broth
-         14 teaspoon cayenne
-         14 ounces diced tomatoes
-         3 cups cooked rice
Method
-         Place a sizable pot on medium heat, add chicken broth, cayenne, tomatoes, EXCEPT rice and shrimp.
-         Bring to boil, then reduce and simmer for 1 hour, stirring often. Add a little water if it gets too thick.
-         Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.
-         Add shrimp and cook 10 minutes.
-         Discard bay leaves, and serve over rice.
