people from Sierra Leone call it Gonugbe. Fluted pumpkin leaves are rich in
potassium, calcium, iron and some Folic acid. it also contains a healthy amount
of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Thiamin, Niacin, vitamin B6, Folate, Iron,
