Method

Wash the greens thoroughly with clean water and
cut them on a cutting board. The greens should be cut 1/4 inch long with the
stems.

Peel the onions and cut in cubes. Add to the
greens and mix them up like a salad.

Heat 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a pan with
cover or aluminum pot until oil is hot. Add greens and stir. Lower the heat and
cook for 25 minutes with cover.

Add hot water (1/2 cup) to soup mix and add
to greens while still cooking on low heat. Cut chicken and beef into pieces.
- Then heat a little vegetable oil and add chicken
and beef. Cook for 25 minutes together with the cooked greens. Add tomato
sauce.

Cook
on low heat for 25 minutes and stir gently.

Serve the green mixture with boiled rice or as a side
dish of vegetable to go with food items.
