LIBERIAN CASSAVA LEAF SOUP

  Ingredient
-         3 ounce packages of ground cassava leaves
-         2 cups of red palm oil
-         1 pound of fresh meat
-         1 large onion
-         2 chicken bouillon cubes

    -         2 green chopped Habanero pepper (if it is red pepper use only 1)
    -         Salt to taste
    -         Onion diced
    -         ½ cup of dried fish
    -         ½ cup dry meat
Method
    -         Cover the frozen cassava leaves with 3 cups of water and cook over a low heat (watch carefully) until all the water is boiled out of the cassava. Be careful not to scorch the cassava.

    -         Add onion, dry fish and meat in a pot and season with salt to taste.
    -         Allow to boil until water is completely dry then, add palm oil and stir cassava leaf in the pot .
    -           Let it simmer for 10 minutes and serve
