BENEFIT OF AFRICAN OIL BEAN

African oil bean seed is an excellent source of energy, protein, amino acids, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, vitamins, calcium, manganese and copper, and phytonutrients such as tannins, alkaloids, flavonoids, sterols, glycosides and saponins.
