Beans, mashed with
potatoes, is one of the delicious meals you can enjoy any time. It is very
nutritious and tasty.
Ingredients
Can
red or black beans
Potatoes
Palm
oil
Salt
to taste
Pepper
How to prepare
1. Peel the potatoes and wash it very well.
2. In a sizeable pot or pan, add enough water, cover
and cook. Let the water dry in the open pan.
3. Add the beans, cover the pot for about 4mins, and reduce
the heat.
4. Add palm oil, salt, and pepper sauce.
5. With a pastle or a glass bottle mash the beans and potatoes
together to your own satisfaction and serve.
